ROBERT KAPLOWITZ
Original Music & Sound Design

Robert has spent the last 24 years designing sound and composing, and has been honored with an Obie for Sustained Excellence and a Tony for Fela! He owes much of his success to the mentorship and belief of James Houghton. He has recently begun composing musicals and creating museum installations, including one for the Czech National Museum. He runs Nine Hostage Arts in Philadelphia, teaches at Princeton and loves his family more than all of this.
